Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or engaging our plumbing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Services

Mr Plumber provides plumbing services including but not limited to emergency plumbing, blocked drain clearing, pipe relining, hot water system repairs and installations, leak detection, gas plumbing, and general plumbing maintenance across Sydney's Eastern Suburbs.

Quotes and Pricing

We provide fixed-price quotes before commencing any work. Our quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. The quoted price includes labour and standard materials unless otherwise specified. Additional costs may apply if the scope of work changes or unforeseen issues are discovered during the job.

Warranty

All workmanship performed by Mr Plumber comes with a lifetime labour warranty. This warranty covers defects in our workmanship and does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or third-party modifications
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Issues arising from pre-existing conditions not addressed in the original scope of work
  • Manufacturer defects in materials or products (covered by manufacturer warranty)

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, credit card, and bank transfer. For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work commences.

Cancellations

You may cancel a scheduled service with at least 2 hours notice without charge. Cancellations with less than 2 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee.

Licensing and Insurance

All Mr Plumber team members are fully licensed plumbers holding a Certificate IV in Plumbing. We are members of the Master Plumbers Association and maintain comprehensive public liability and professional indemnity insurance.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mr Plumber shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of our services or website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Australian consumer law.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
